Once availability confirmed, the booking must be completed with a bank transfer or paypal payment of 20%* of the total and the remaining 80% will be paid in cash at check-in.
* - The guest must send their proof of bank transfer by email.

In case of cancellation, the reservation of 20% will not be refunded, but can remain on credit for a future date reservation within a maximum period of 6 months.

Minimum stay of 2 nights.
Every occupation is subject to payment of a € 50 deposit for room, refundable.

peniche tourist municipal tax

The fee in Peniche is €1 per guest, per night, in all tourist resorts and local accommodation establishments, up to a maximum of 5 consecutive nights in the same establishment.

The municipal tourist tax is a fee charged to all guests staying in tourist resorts or local accommodation in cities where the tax is in force. In other words, an extra amount is charged, per night and per person, in addition to the price of the room.

The objective is to acquire funds so that the municipality can invest in the infrastructure that supports tourism in the city, from

roads, sidewalks and all public spaces to the cities' own environmental preservation, traditional commerce, security, support for tourism, cultural dynamism and recreational, events, etc.

Since tourism brings more people to these locations, and therefore greater wear and tear, and greater needs, many municipalities justify the application of the tax as a necessity, to cope with this increased wave of tourists and therefore needs.

The fee is preferably charged at check-in. Thank you.
